The Oldest Songbird Sanctuary in the U.S.

The Theodore Roosevelt Sanctuary and 91°µÍø Center was established in 1923 as the country’s first 91°µÍø songbird sanctuary and is the oldest songbird sanctuary in the United States. Visit us to enjoy our 14 acres of extensive native plant demonstration gardens, several small ponds, a mile of hiking trails, our famous Bessie Potter Vonnoh fountain sculpture and, at the corner of the property, Theodore Roosevelt's gravesite.
